Before you contact the PSA Team please visit the FAQs page on the PSA website: Most queries can be answered quickly by visiting this page first.

If you are having trouble logging in to your PSA account, please ensure you are using the Google
Chrome browser on a laptop or PC, and the email address your school registered you with. The PSA
website is not fully compatible with Internet Explorer or mobile devices.

If you are a foundation trainee and require a copy of your PSA certificate, please note that PSA accounts expire at the end of each academic year. If you require confirmation of your PSA pass, you will need to request written confirmation of your result from the institution where you sat the test. The PSA team is unable to provide copies of certificates.
